We believe that our team of conservators and restorers are amongst the finest in the country. Our experience, knowledge and qualifications allow us to put together reports and conservation plans for windows of historical significance and architectural or artistic merit. Our reports are usually commissioned for the following purposes:
- Architects Specifications and Schedules Of Works
- Grant Applications
- Appendices to Quinquennial Reports
- Ecclesiastical Records
- Budget Planning and Sequencing of Phased Works
Our reports follow Church Building Council guidance on the drafting of Conservation Reports for Ecclesiastical Buildings.
Conservation Records
As part of our conservation practice, we record all of the conservation work that we carry out to stained glass and historic leaded glass as a matter of course. These are held in hard copy and electronically on servers with mirrored hard drives and back-up drives to ensure that the data is never lost. A copy of our conservation record is usually handed over to our client on completion.
