Company Information
Occupational Health & Safety
The wellbeing of our staff, the public, site visitors and of course our clients is of paramount importance to us all and has been made an integral part of the way we run our sites. By developing a culture of continuous improvement and careful risk control we believe our safety standards to be extremely high. We have a very low accident rate compared to national averages and follow a carefully constructed management system which follows international standards. We gain further support by turning to our CDM & Safety Consultants at CPS, a practice which specialises in managing safety on building conservation and restoration projects. Our staff are provided with planned continual training and as of 2010, we aim to ensure that every member of staff and management carry Heritage Sector CSCS cards.

We are also regular contributors to the sector press including Church Building & Heritage Magazine, Ecclesiastical & Heritage Magazine and Church Maintenance Magazine.
Environment & Ecology
Working on the types of buildings that we do, we are well versed in the environmental and ecological requirements and legislation that apply to our work. We like to pay more than just lip-service to the environment and ecology. Our staff have had training on environmental management and waste control. Add to this the fact that our Managing Director James Moore is a voluntary wildlife worker & ecological survey assistant, we like to think we have a big head start on this front. We work closely with our Environmental & Ecological Consultants at JW Ecological to ensure that we are following the latest guidelines and continually improving our awareness of our environmental impact, waste control and management of all our activities.
Quality
Given that we are trusted to work on some of the country's most historically significant buildings, it is with some confidence that we can say that our quality standards are very high. We strive to work to the highest standards as our reputation relies on our ability to deliver a standard of workmanship that is both exemplary and consistent. Our projects have been used as case studies in good workmanship and we guard this standard in everything that we do.
